Responsible to sales managers for the day to day production of computer skeletons and the installation of software. Tech-support work. (Two months at end of term).

  -BDR Systems Canada London, Ontario 1996-2002 Computer reseller. Employed as technical support and system assembler. Hardware and software troubleshooting, system assembly, testing, delivery and setup.

  -Netland Computer Services Canada Ltd. Nepean, Ontario 1994-1995. Technician/CNE's Assistant. Small computer company with large Government and corporate clients. Software used: Novell Netware, Lantastic, OS/2,DOS & Windows to '95. Road technician on 4 hour response time limit to respond to calls in the National Capitol Region.

  -Skills Unlimited, Heritage Mall, Arnprior, Ontario 1993-1994. Simulated office environment run by Human Resources Canada. To sharpen skills and teach various software packages. Software used was: MS-DOS, Windows 3.1,Lotus 1-2-3 (WYSIWYG), ACCPAC Simply Accounting, Microsoft Works, WordPerfect 5.1 & 5.2. Other training included Office Procedures and Practices.

  Infantryman/Administrative Clerk Canadian Armed Forces -Corporal, 1st Battalion, The Royal Canadian Regiment, Wolsley Barracks, CFB London, London, Ontario 1978-1985. Spent 1983-1985 as clerk in Battalion Orderly Room handling mail, filing and general office duties. Replaced Postal Clerk when he was in Cyprus (6 months). Gained and maintained Secret security clearance. Deputy Commanding Officer's Driver, Platoon Signaller, Heavy Weapons Detachment Commander. Various courses taken to qualify as Trade Level 5b Infantryman. Member of a rifle company, volunteer band member.
